What Is Cave Diving?
“Cave diving, where darkness holds secrets, silence speaks volumes, and exploration unveils the mysteries of the underworld.”
Cave diving is an exhilarating and challenging form of exploration beneath the Earth’s surface. It involves venturing into underwater caves, where divers navigate through narrow passages, swim through cavernous chambers, and witness awe-inspiring geological formations using simple line navigation in the cave system.
Before You Start
Prerequisites
- 50 total dives
- Extended Range Cavern or Enriched Air Nitrox 40 certification
- 18 years of age

Duration
5–6 Days
- Theory / equipment setup × 1 day
- Pool / confined water × 1-2 days
- Cave dives × 2-3 days (min 6 dives)
