What Is Technical Extended Range?

Technical Extended Range diving is an advanced form of technical diving that combines the principles and techniques of both technical diving and extended range diving. It allows divers to explore even greater depths and durations, typically beyond 60 metres and with extensive decompression obligations.
Before You Start
Prerequisites
- 50 total dives & 20 dives deeper than 30m
- 10 decompression-stop dives with a stage cylinder
- Extended Range, Full Cave, or Technical Wreck certification
- 18 years of age

Course Details
Duration
5–6 Days
- Theory / equipment setup × 1 day
- Pool sessions × 1-2 days
- Ocean / open water × 3 days (min 6 dives)
